LEGAL NOTICE OF PROHIBITED PURPOSES AND WAIVER OF PRIVACY
I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding my purchase of chemical compounds and other laboratory supplies and use of my personal information provided as part of my agreement to purchase chemical compounds and other laboratory supplies from Valerian Labs Holdings Corp.

AGREEMENT OF NO UNLAWFUL PURPOSE
I agree that in purchasing chemicals and other supplies I have only lawful purposes contemplated. I agree that I shall neither use anything purchased for any unlawful purpose nor resell any chemicals and supplies or compounds manufactured from the chemicals and supplies to a third party with an unlawful purpose contemplated. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing I agree to the following:

• I shall not use any chemicals or equipment purchased to manufacture any compound that is a controlled substance as that term is defined in the Controlled Drug and Substances Act (Canada) as may be amended from time to time;
• I shall not use any chemicals or equipment purchased to manufacture any compound that is a precursor to any controlled substance as those terms are defined in the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada) as may be amended from time to time;
• I shall not use any chemicals or equipment purchased to manufacture any compound that is highly explosive or capable of use in a bomb;
• I shall not use any chemicals or equipment purchased to manufacture any compound that is noxious or capable of use as a chemical weapon;
• I shall not knowingly provide or sell any of the chemicals or equipment purchased or compounds manufactured there from to any Terrorist Group or Criminal Organization as defined in the Criminal Code (Canada) and relevant regulations thereto.

WAIVER OF PRIVACY TO PERMIT SHARING OF SPECIFIC PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH AUTHORITIES
As part of my agreement to purchase chemicals and/or laboratory supplies I have provided certain personal information such as my signature, my name, my address and (if applicable) any corporate information for any corporate entity for whom I am purchasing chemicals and/or laboratory equipment for. For clarity all such information is contained at the bottom of this notice and waiver.

I hereby agree that all of the information in the within notice and waiver may be shared without further notice with any and all Canadian government authorities including but not limited to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Canadian Secret Intelligence Service and all local police forces along with the following information about my activities:

• A complete list of all chemicals and equipment purchased;
• A physical description of my likeness;
• Any surveillance footage of my attendance;
• Any suspicion or comment any employee, owner or agent of Valerian Labs Holdings Corp. may have regarding any aspect of the interaction including repeating any comments or questions made by me to the employee owner or agent;
• I agree to save harmless Valerian Labs Holdings Corp. as well as its employees, owner and agents from any legal recourse arising from any breach of any laws whatsoever caused by the potential sharing of the aforementioned information with any Canadian government authority and understand that this sharing of information is necessary to ensure the safety and security of persons from the unlawful use of chemicals and laboratory equipment.

This agreement shall not apply to financial information or any other information not specifically mentioned in this waiver.
